Tom Chudley grew up in the family hospitality business and spent much of his life in professional kitchens. Over time he noticed a simple thing: he kept wearing his chef trousers after the shift. Skating, around town, basically all the time. But classic professional trousers had a catch: they were sewn either from thin, practically disposable fabrics or from heavy traditional cotton that was stifling in a kitchen.
