ISSUE #48 – WINTER 2025/2026: DEFTONES – The new issue of Berlin magazine 032C in English is dedicated to the phenomenon of Nine Inch Nails and the concept of "excellence" in contemporary culture. The issue also features extensive material on Deftones and their cult fan base, photographed by Jack Bridgland, Blackhaine's story about physicality and movement, a return to Jil Sander's villa in Bruce Weber's iconic 1998 photo shoot, and a visit to Gottfried Helnwein's studio. Also featured are Natasha Poly, Maria Klaumann, a report from Nike headquarters in Beaverton, and an interview with Nicolas Di Felice from Courrèges. The X-Files section includes names such as Raf Simons, Mark Leckey, and Katja Novitskova. A visually powerful and content-rich issue that reflects on contemporary music, fashion, and cultural power.

032c is a magazine first and a brand second, and it needs to be read in exactly that order. The Berlin publication covering culture, fashion and art has been running since 2000; its name carries the Pantone code for its red, and its distinctive cover became the hallmark of fashion’s intellectual wing: long essays, uncompromising interviews, subjects the glossy titles won’t touch. Clothing arrived years later as a logical continuation — a fully fledged label from 2018. The 032c collections carry the same aesthetic as the printed issue: raw Berlin with an academic underlay, graphics with typographic precision, references that amuse those who catch them.
