Collection: Women's P&T

Paper & Tea was born in Berlin from the conviction that tea deserves the same culture coffee built with its third wave and wine has always had. The founder comes from a family with a trading tradition in tea, and the brand approaches the entire category accordingly: teas are selected from growers, and for each the origin, processing and character are communicated — no anonymous wholesale blends, no flavouring as a patch for poor quality. The P&T shops work more like galleries than stores: teas are displayed as exhibits, they can be smelt and tasted, the staff can tell the story. Add packaging design that turns a box into a gift even when you're buying it for yourself, and a range of accessories from teapots to bowls. P&T rests on a simple thesis: between the teabag from the supermarket and ceremonial Japanese ceramics lies an enormous space for daily, informed pleasure. The Berlin brand filled it with German thoroughness and an aesthetic eye. Tea, taken seriously — but not deadly so.
